Special Bottlings for Edradour's 200th Anniversary – Part 1

Since 1825, Edradour has embodied the soul of traditional whisky making: small, authentic, independent. Nestled in the Scottish Highlands, the distillery continues to produce single malts that make the hearts of whisky fans beat faster. How? "Scotland's Little Gem" demonstrates this with limited editions for its 200th anniversary. (Further bottlings to follow.)

To kick things off, Edradour looks back to the future: The Edradour No.2 7 y.o. is the first bottling from the distillery expansion. In 2018, Edradour No.2 opened a new chapter – without altering the house style. The new facility is a mirror image of the original: with the same small pot stills, traditional worm tubs, and wooden washbacks, it allows for a doubling of production, while everything remains as it has been for 200 years.
The anniversary edition of the Edradour 10 y.o. pays homage to the distillery's classic – now at an ideal and non-chill-filtered drinking strength of 46% vol.

Of the same age, the celebratory and full-bodied Small Batch Edradour 2015/2025 was allowed to mature in sweeter Pedro Ximénez Sherry Casks.

Rare and pre-filled with top wine are five casks that were married for the Edradour 2003/2025 DFR Amarone Casks. Among connoisseurs, the Italian winery Romano Dal Forno has achieved cult status – just like Edradour among whisky enthusiasts.

The full-bodied characteristics of the Amarone unfold in just 1,510 bottles.
